What is coaching?
Coaching sessions are confidential conversations between a client and coach, can support you to reframe and shift blocks, and identify and achieve your goals in a variety of areas (e.g. relationships, health, career, self-confidence, spirituality). A skilled coach demonstrates deep listening, compassion, and non-judgment, and works in partnership with you, asking key questions and guiding you with specific coaching tools. Through coaching, you can tap into your inner wisdom, learn to hear and understand important cues from your body and heart, and live with a greater sense of choice, power, and freedom.
What results can I expect from coaching?
Everyone is unique, so results are varied. Some coaching sessions may raise more questions than answers, some may lead to subtle shifts in thinking or behaviour, and other sessions may inspire significant insights, breakthroughs, or life changes. You are the expert on your own life, and skillful coaching does not give you advice but instead helps you to access the knowledge and wisdom within you. The process is an exploration and discovery for both you and your coach - the possibilities are endless.
